Scrub for lips

Prepare the skin and use a scrub:

  1. Before applying the scrub to your lips you need to prepare for this. To do this, get a cotton napkin, soak it in hot water, squeeze it out thoroughly and apply it to lips (about five minutes). This will soften the lips, which will significantly increase the efficiency of a scrub.

Sensitive scrub:

  1. 1 tsp of honey
  2. 1 tsp of oil (olive, almond, or any other)
  3. 1-2 tsp of sugar
  4. 2-3 drops of essential oil (on your choice)

The coffee scrub:

If you have delicate and sensitive skin of the lips, you can prepare your coffee scrub. Coffee is much softer removes dead cells of the skin than sugar. In addition, the scrub has a pleasant aroma of roasted coffee beans. So, to prepare a coffee scrub for lips mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with the same amount of coffee beans coarsely ground. Stir scrub, apply it on lips, and rub. Leave the scrub for another 5 minutes on the lips, then rinse them and put balm.

Scrub of honey, cottage cheese, and oatmeal:

To create such a scrub mix in equal proportions of honey, low-fat cottage cheese and milled in a coffee grinder Hercules cereals. Homemade scrubs for lips are good because they have no chemical additives. You can always be sure of the ingredients that you use. And the cost of such scrubs for lips goes very low because you can always find almost all the ingredients for a particular mixture at home. Because of the lack of preservatives in it, your product can not be stored for very long. Therefore, it is not recommended to cook large portions of scrub. Scrubs store in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed jar for 1-2 weeks. Also, note that lips scrub can not be used very often. Apply them no more than once a week. If too frequent use of scrubs, lips skin can crack.
